Headbox are an online platform for venue bookings. We found office space for rent in Shoreditch which met all their requirements.

The Challenge

Headbox came to us looking for a serviced office space to rent for 50-60 desks to allow for company growth. They had an open mind when it came to budget and wanted to find the best layout suited to their company. Their current office was split over a few floors, so their new workspace needed to be all on one level with dedicated amenities like phone booths and breakout areas.

The Approach

When we had a good understanding of what Headbox needed, we arranged a day to view several offices. We gathered all quotes and discussed the options viewed and began to create a shortlist. It was then time to plan a day to visit the shortlisted properties again. From here it was clear which office was the front runner, and the price we needed to agree.

The Outcome

We found them a great space in Shoreditch that ticked all the boxes. It was their own self-contained floor which they were able to customise and brand. Very spacious to allow for their planned growth as well as breakout space and a dedicated kitchen that was important to them.
