Kier Construction is one of the largest construction companies in the UK, we found them office space to rent in Euston.
The Challenge
Kier Construction approached Freeofficefinder looking for a short-term, fully private serviced office to rent for a large project based in Euston. The company was looking for its own office for up to 30 desks plus more space for informal meetings. Location was the key factor as they would be travelling back and forth from the project site throughout the day.
The Approach
As the acquisition of space was dependent on winning a tender, we started by identifying the right buildings before discussing pricing options. When Keir was ready to continue, we arranged viewings on the two closest buildings to the project. They then decided on the front-runner within a day.
The Outcome
Keir have now rented an office space in Euston at a very favourable rate on a short-term agreement. They have also been given the option to renew their new London office space at the same rate if they needed to extend their agreement.
