A recruitment company for the finance sector, Hogarth Davies Lloyd reached out to us to help find a flexible office space in Mayfair.

The Challenge

Hogarth Davies Lloyd came to us looking for plug-and-play office space to rent with flexibility for their team of 15 staff. They were planning to head back into office after the pandemic. The company was looking for a period-style office building in Mayfair with lots of natural light and good amenities for the staff. Meeting rooms and break-out areas were important.

The Approach

Once we had established what Hogarth Davies Lloyd was looking for, we handpicked a range of options for them. We then arranged for them to view the space virtually as the first step. From here we were able to create a shortlist of properties, gather proposals and arrange viewings in person to see the shortlist. Once the physical viewings took place, they identified the preferred building and began the negotiation process.
