Envoc offer software consulting with web and mobile app development, this is a case study on how we found a Mayfair office for their London base.

The Challenge

Envoc approached FreeOfficeFinder looking for a statement building. The office space they wanted to rent in London had to be large enough for 20 desks. They also needed to get settled into their rental within 6 weeks from their enquiry and wanted to explore a range of offices to rent from London Bridge to Mayfair.

The Approach

During the initial phone call, we discussed the preferred areas and decided the best route of action would be to explore certain areas first, given where staff and directors lived. When we had a clear picture of the style of building that they were looking for, we picked a few of the options we thought would work best for Envoc and arranged viewings for these. A favourite was decided. Second viewings were arranged, and we began to negotiate.

The Outcome

We found Envoc a beautiful building in Mayfair and negotiated a great deal that included a rent-free period. We managed to complete the process for the client in 4 weeks from their enquiry to signed paperwork, leaving them two weeks to get everything ready for their exciting move.
