The Challenge

Finfare Connect rented office space via us when they were planning to grow their team. They were considering many locations for their headquarters which included looking at office space for rent in Kings Cross and Farringdon. The client needed an office with 8 to 12 desks plus their dog. Finfare were open to the idea of using the building’s meeting rooms but were also keen to have their own dedicated meeting room if space allowed.

The Approach

When we first started discussing the requirement, the client was overseas, so there was lots of discussion over email and phone followed by a scheduled call to set out a plan for moving forward. Once the client had arrived in the country, we set out a full day to view office space. The start date was imminent so we had a week from the point of viewing to moving in, so there was no time to waste.

The Outcome
