About Hove

Moments from the sea and filled with grand Regency houses, Hove is a neighbouring town of Brighton, boasting a pebbled beach and a promenade lined with colourful beach huts. It has a calm, friendly atmosphere and fewer tourists than Brighton, with just as many scenic spots, offering the best of both worlds. Independent businesses thrive here due to the quirky culture that permeates this city, from clothes shops to unique coffee spots.

Hove is the perfect spot for fledgling businesses to rent office space, with great transport links to nearby towns and to London. Poets Corner is a popular choice for commuters as it is close to the station and has a wonderful community spirit that helps businesses thrive. Its close proximity to Brighton, London and Gatwick Airport make it an ideal location for commuters as well as companies who travel as part of their business.

Office Space in Hove

Hove offers high-quality office space in the heart of the town, with easy access to a host of amenities including meeting rooms and reception services. The trendy workspaces are well-suited to small or medium-sized companies, providing flexible premises that are available on a serviced or unfurnished basis to suit the needs of different businesses.

While parking is typically by permit here, there are several big car parks towards the seafront – however, train or buses are the usual mode of transport for commuters as they are regular and more convenient. Offices in Hove are close to transport connections and many shops and eateries are within walking distance.

Nearby Areas

In addition to Brighton, Hove is also within easy reach of Shoreham-by-Sea, Portslade, Worthing and Lewes, all of which are accessible via bus or train in less than 45 minutes.

Transport Links

Hove enjoys a prime location with great transport links to all of the major towns and cities nearby, ideal for commuting to and from office space in the area. Buses are regular here, with routes to Brighton, Shoreham, Worthing and elsewhere in Sussex throughout the day. There are also night buses running throughout Brighton and Hove as well. There is a train station in the heart of Hove that has regular trains to London, with a trip to Victoria or London Bridge taking around an hour. The Thameslink service to St Pancras takes around 90 minutes. If you’re driving, Brighton is conveniently situated at the end of the M23 and A23 from London for easy access to the rest of the country too. Gatwick Airport is also only 30 minutes by train.

Eateries in Hove

Locals will attest to the overwhelming choice that Hove provides in terms of restaurants and coffee shops. Whether it’s grabbing a toasted bagel from Bagelman on the way to the office, stopping off at Curiosity Deli for lunch or dining at Fatto a Manno with colleagues for some of the best pizza you’ll find in Sussex, Hove has it all. Small Batch does excellent coffee and food for an ideal lunch spot too. There are supermarkets and express stores dotted about, including a large Tesco store and Waitrose, for essentials. And for after work entertainment, Hove has plenty to pick from, with bars and pubs in abundance.
