A new redevelopment scheme in Altrincham will create new retail and refurbished space in the town, including shops, hotels, offices and eateries. Many of old warehouses in the Broadheath area have been converted into retail and office space to let, period buildings have been renovated into office suites, and there are a number of modern business centres in and around the town providing offices to rent to suit all budgets.
Transport Links
Altrincham station is located in the heart of the town, providing regular trains to Manchester Piccadilly and Chester. The station now forms part of the Manchester Metrolink light rail system, making commuting to and from office premises a breeze. The Altrincham Interchange is one of the Metrolink’s termini, connecting to Sale, Bury and Greater Manchester. The Interchange is also hub for local bus routes.
Nearby Manchester Airport, the largest outside London, is connected to the Manchester Piccadilly-Crewe line. Road links are excellent and include the M6 and M52.

Alongside a number of business centres providing flexible office space, there are a number of good hotels, restaurants, bars and pubs in Altrincham including Peter Street Kitchen, Juniper Hale and the Belle Epoque Restaurant.
The Stamford Quarter shopping centre has a wide range of shops, department stores and high street names, and there are a variety of independent boutique outlets, sports shops in the town, as well as the award-winning market.
