About Westminster

Westminster sits in the city of Westminster on the north bank of the river Thames, providing companies with a world-renowned office address. It is home to the British government and as a result, regularly features in the media, making it one of the most famous areas of the city on a global scale. There is a huge number of landmarks here, including Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Westminster Cathedral. It is bounded by some of London’s most affluent areas and is just a short distance from the River Thames, placing it in one of the most desirable locations in the capital.

It is no surprise that Westminster is one of the most appealing office locations for businesses, particularly those in the legal sector. But there are plenty of other sectors represented in this part of the city, including investment companies, business management consultancies and professional services, as well as financial advisors and television studios. While this is one of the most sought-after locations in the whole of London, it also provides companies with a brilliant address and an air of prestige that few other locations can match.

Westminster Office Space

Throughout the Westminster area, professionals and business owners will find a wonderful selection of office spaces with plenty of character and great facilities. There are commercial premises to suit businesses of all different sizes, from small teams to larger companies with over 180 members of staff. Offices here can also be rented on a serviced or unserviced basis, depending on the needs of the individual company.

The superb public transport connections mean that commuters will find it easy to get around the city and to access destinations beyond the borders of the capital. There are also several car parks within easy reach of the centre of the area including the Q-Park Victoria and the Horseferry Car Park.

Nearby Areas

Westminster is bordered by Pimlico, Belgravia and the River Thames. It forms part of Central London and sits within the Borough of Westminster. Green Park and St James’s Park are both on the outskirts of the Westminster area, with the area of St James’s just north of the park, and provide a popular attraction in themselves as well as a wonderful spot to relax during the day.
