Niki serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Office Space in Town (OSiT), a company she co-owns with her brother, Giles. Her journey in this sector began in 1979 when her mother, Caryl Fuchs, established one of the UK's first serviced offices, marking the inception of a family legacy in flexible workspaces.
