 Here are some of the key findings from the research:

  • The most expensive tube station to rent an office near is Victoria, where you could pay £900 per month on average for a private desk. That's 39% more than the zone 1 average of £649.

  • The second most expensive tube station is Monument, with an average price of £879 per desk, followed by Knightsbridge with £807.

  • The cheapest tube station to rent an office near is Vauxhall, where you could pay £443 per month on average for a private desk. That's 32% less than the zone 1 average.

  • The most expensive tube line to rent an office along is the Piccadilly line, with an average price of £686 per desk for its 12 stations. The cheapest is the Hammersmith and City line, with an average price of £591 per desk for its 11 stations.

  • The most expensive borough to rent an office in is Westminster, with an average price of £698 per desk for its 25 stations. That's 8% more than the Zone 1 average. The cheapest borough is Tower Hamlets, with an average price of £489 per desk for its two stations.
