With the new year in full swing, most Londoners have already outlined their vision for what they want to achieve in 2022 and are putting their resolutions into action.
According to a survey conducted by YouGov, 16% of Britons planned on making a New Year’s resolution in December last year – up from 11% the year before.
Health and fitness tops the list of resolutions, with 49% of Britons pledging to do more exercise or improve their fitness in 2022. Other health-related ambitions – improving diet and losing weight – come in at numbers two and three.
People are also prioritising work-related goals this year, with 19% of Britons pledging to pursue a career ambition in 2022.
Some have grown tired of working from home and want to benefit from the buzz of a collaborative environment again. Others have decided to quit their day job and finally start the business they’ve been dreaming of.
